Question Stock intake, mass air, and throttle body

When I get new heads, and my compression is 10:1 with the E-303 cam; will the stock intake, mass air, and throttle body be restrictive?

We only have 91 octane pump gas around here. Will 10:1 be as high as I can run, or will 91 be able to handle 10.5:1?

If I get a blower in the future, will the "high" compression be a "bad thing"?

Also, I still have the stock 88lph fuel pump and 19lb injectors.

Should I get a 110, 155, or 190 pump?

Which pump will be enough?

What would be a good starting point to set the fuel pressure too?

I'm going to take it to the track and get some 1/4 mile times on it and run it on a dyno when I find one.
