Cleaning convert top
 

When i bought this 95 GT I asked the dealer if they would clean the top. THey cleaned about 1/4 and stopped! so now i have a big clean spot and the top looks like crap. What can i use to clean it with? Ive washed the car acouple times with no luck on the top. Also what can i use to "glue" the top back to the window? Anyone have any suggetions to stop the top from leaking and the window seals with out replacing them, im short on cash. thanks
