Question Clutch Adjustment on 4 speed

My pressure plate engages just when I release my foot off the clutch pedal. I tried to adjust the push rod bolt and it's at the point where it's loose. Is this a sign that I need to replace my clutch or am I looking at bigger problem? The clutch is not slipping yet, but I wished it would engage at half way between pressing the clutch pedal all the way and where you take your foot off.

Thanks,
Don
