Default clutch adjustment

is it easy to adjust my clutch on a 88 5.0
the clutch is proubly all the way gone, but i need to get it to the shop to fix it. any help would be good

if you are still using the factory clutch cable and quadrant it is self adjusting in other words you can't adjust it you will have to buy an aftermarket adjustable cable and quadrant they cost about $90 for the pair or you can get a firewall adjuster that lets you adjust the cable underhood.
