CLUTH ADJUSTMENT! (answer fast please)
Ok i have been having cluth engage ment problems so i was looking at the corral.net and found an article talking about how to adjust one on a 4.6 modular v-8... ( i duuno if it is the same for a 5.0 but i am going to give it a shot.) i have tried pulling it out all the way and nothing..... so here is what i am doing:
I am pushing in the pedal with one hand and on the way down i am holding the hook lookin thing up so that it will click once when the pedal is almost all the way out.. am i doin it right? has anyone adjusted a cluth so that it will engage LATER about maybe 4-5 inches from the floor instead of 1/2-1 like mine is now!? |

That is how you do it. Push the clutch pedal in a little, hold the quadrant still while pulling the clutch pedal back up one click at a time.
