Code 24
I ran a KOER check earlier, and got a code 24. It is coolant temp sensor out of specified range. The car wasn't warmed up at all, could this be it?

The answer to your idle question? That would be the the air charge temperature sensor and it can absolutely cause idle problems. It is located by the #5 injector and has a big round connector going to it.

Damn, jimberg beat me again!!!!!!!!
You're supposed to have it up to operating temperature when performing a KOER test, and for extra measure the EGOs should be up to temperature as well (so it's in closed loop). This consists of running the engine at 2000rpm for 2 minutes, AFTER the engine is up to op-temp. Charles Probst's book says Code 21 means 'ECT our of Self-Test range.' Did you just get this code during the KOER test only or in the KOEO, too? If the engine was cold, redo the test and confirm the results.
