Post Coilovers and C/C Plates....Anyone?????

got my tubular front end, coilovers, and caster/camber plates installed tonight, and the directions that came with the plates said to eliminate the bumpstop. the car rides fine, getting it aligned in the morning, but my short test drive was really bumpy(and i normally dont give a rat's *** ). i was just wondering if anyone else has a similar setup and what kind of advice they could give me. id like to think everything is set up right(according to directions) but the ride is still incredibly bumpy. any help would be great, thanks,

Did you upgrade your rear suspension also? For a while on my '00 I only had the front done (tubular k-member, control arms, 12" 300lb/in coilovers, etc.) and the ride was extremely bumpy. After I installed stiffer rear springs, the ride is much smoother.

By bumpy do you mean rough or bouncy? It shouldn't feel too rough with that soft of a spring for drag racing. If it's bouncy, then it's underdamped and you may want to get some adjustable front drag struts to fix this.

yeah, i guess i could have clarified that. what i meant was that i can now feel EVERY little imperfection in the road. i dont really mind it that much, but i dont want to rip my new suspension up without bumpstops if they are supposed to be there, ya know??
thanks again, nick
