Default combo question need more power

I need some opinions on increasing the power on my car.
What I have now:
95 Cobra all stock except an S-trim (8lbs) and Mac Equal length headers, Dr Gas X-pipe with cats and 2 1/2 cat back system.

I would like to add the following now:
Mass air meter - Pro M 77, 80 or a Ford Unit
Throttle Body Size??
Injectors Size?? 38 or 42's
smaller blower pulley (10lbs)
custom chip

Over the winter I plan on the following:
Heads - Edelbrock/AFR 185's or similar
Ported upper and lower intake
Cam
reburn on the chip

My Goal is 450+ RWHP with a conservative tune on the chip. I do not plan to drag race very often but I do attend 4 or 5 open track / driving schools a year.

All comments and suggestions are welcome.
