Hey chevy guy, my car is a 5spd, i pulled my gears out of an aod vert stang, and they did help over 3.08s but not much, i do alot of highway driving myself, and turn around 2200rpm at 70mph, although im usually up around 80 mph
so i stay fairly smooth, but i dont recomend these cuz nothings better than a stang with 3.73's-4.30s but not for highway use i guess, id say go 3.55 you should be around 2400-2500rpm.
