Default I need computer hep

I've finished an engine swap using a 90 model 5.0 with the auto computer and harness into my jeep. the engine startes and runs, but the check engine light stays on, the computer will not perform the KOEO test, just get a solid light. Also I can't get any sig. voltage to the tps. I've tried two computers. both were used so its possible they were both bad. I've checked my wireing and grounds. Any help you guys could give me would be great. I don't have a computer at home, so forgive me if I don't respond right back to your messages.
thanks.
