Unhappy Convert. motor?

I tried to put my top down yesterday, and the motor would just click. Do you think the motor needs replacing? Could I do it my self, and the cost?
Thanks,
Brad

yea i would say it needs to be replaced. MIne did the same thing so I got it checked out and they said it was a bad motor. Nice huh? I looked around locally for another one and they are expensive as hell...then I looked on stangnet and they had one for mine that was $100. Yours might be cheaper. They are rebuilds but Ive heard good things about stangnet. I would go buy it now but since a cop had to do his "honorable" job, the crybaby gave me a $148 hit-in-the-*** ticket for speeding. So IM backed up
