Control Arms

Im planning on swapping rear ends soon on my car and i want to get new control arms and do it all at once. Ive been looking at the south side machine lift bars. Has anyone used these? Are they any Good? I was also unsure of what i should get for upper control arms. The car is a daily driver and im more concerned with handling. My goal is to be able to take it to the road courses and have some fun.So what do you guys reccomend for control arms.

almost any aftermarket will do you good

The stock 5.0 control arms as you may know are a hollow design. This makes for a smooth ride, but no good for traction, because they twist under load. Any aftermarket control arm is better than the stock design for traction. ;)
