I don't know too much about 5.0 suspension, but I heard that you should at least change the upper control arms because, at least in the 5.0 Lx, they are the same ones that were used in the 4 cyl. cars. I have a 90 Lx 5.0 but I haven't changed the control arms yet and despite what I've heard I don't plan on doing it real soon. If anyone else knows anything else please reply.
