Ok, did you use STAR washers..? if not get them now! They bite into whatever is being tighetened(sp?) against them to assure full contact between the two peices. Next MAKE SURE THE INJECTOR HARNESS ground wire is STILL connected to the rear of the intake manifold(by bolt or stud) and last grab onto the cable that runs from the NEG terminal to engine(front cover) Make sure it doesn't have have corrosion built up on it/in it. This really sounds like a bad ground, you got WAY to many codes to be normal and yet still run when you can get it to. Each of those sensors have a common ground all shared by the computer/battery/engine. phew....
