what is the most powerful, emissions legal, bolt on cylinder head out there? AFR, Edelbrock, etc.....?

if you were going to bolt them on "out of box" and not do any porting to them i would go with afr, they come with cnc porting already done.

if you wanted to get the most out of a set, i would go with a ported set of trick flows.
