Default baffle vs. rocker clearance...

I've heard two different opinions on the subject.

Will FMS tall valve covers with the baffle installed allow clearance for 1.7 roller rockers?

Any opinions appreciated.

I use 7/16" stud mount Crower 1.7 rockers with tall Motorsport SVO (or Ford Racing, now) valvecovers... with the baffles installed. All kinds of clearance!
