Default which coolant?

What coolant should I be using on my car? It is a 5.0 with aluminum heads. I have heard of a new coolant that is better for aluminum heads. Thanks..

I wouldn't recommend any more than 30% coolant (70% water), and even then only to someone in the Arctic circle. With the weather warming up, 20% coolant is the most I'd use.

Take care,
