I am no expert, but I would have to imagine that your speed density system is pretty near maxed out with the mods you have now. The computer has no way to compensate for more airflow and will not be able to adjust your fuel curve well. Reprogramming the computer would work, but a Mass Air conversion is much easier and cheaper too.

Go for a larger sized MAF unit in anticipation of more performance, or maybe you could score a stock unit real cheap. IIRC you will need a new computer and some other gadgets.
