Default Do I need Subframe connectors

Hi I am putting a 8lb blower on my 89 stang. It currently has a performer intake, Blower Cam, full exhaust, and I will also prob be using a 50 Wet Shot of Nos.
I was wondering is it time for subframe connectors and what are the best ones to get.
Thanks

Subframes are a good idea for even a stock mustang. There are several good companys that make them. Get a set that have the crossbrace for the seats.

Definitly install subframe connectors and check for cracks behind the front seats on the floor boards. Keep putting the power to it and you might want to consider a roll bar too.

Yes, always put subframes on any mustang you buy... I have a stocker now with 63k original and it is buckled.

I hope you're not running 8psi and a 50 shot on the stock bottom end

The stock bottom end is very strong. 99% of the time boost and nitrous isnt dangerous. Boost and nitrous with poor tuning is.

Most of the time its a melted piston or blown gasket that ruins your motor. Very rarely is it a split block or broken rod.

lol Im sorry, no really

Stangs 79-04 all should of had subs welded on as soon as they leave the car lot imo.....full length is the way to go, I have some cheap tubular bolt on's that i had welded, work alright i guess
the steeda full length's are nice since they have a torque box reinforcement.

I don't know anyone around THERE that welds them in but I know a couple places around HERE that will weld them in. The place that did mine only charged me $20 to do it. I don't know if that's because I've always taken my welding needs there or what...
