I don't know about anyone else, but those HP #s seem a little high with stock 87-95 heads.

I agree. Depending on induction, etc.. I would guess more like 250-260 hp at the most.

I would add a set of 1.6 or 1.7rr's and either a trick flow or edelbrock intake. ------------------ 347 Stroker Motor: Balanced, Cobra Transmission, Extrude Ported and Polished Upper and ported Lower, GT40 Milled Ported and Polished Heads, B303 Cam, BBK 1 5/8 Headers, 30lb Bosch Injectors, Holley AFPR, March Underdrive Pulleys, Perma-Cool Fan, 3-Core Radiator, Accel Performance Coil, Accel 300+ Racing Wires, Ram Air, K&N Filter, 73mm Vortech MAF, 70mm TB, FlowMaster Exhaust w/BBK Offroad H-Pipe, Hurst Shifter, 3:55 Gears, Ram Clutch, Cross Drilled Rotors, AC and Smog del, rear seat del. |

I don't know, good ported and polished heads should be good to more than 250HP. It would depend on the induction components; upper and lower intake, TB, MAF, and cam (which looks like both engines have).
I think the 300HP number sounds resonable. 350 sounds a little too optimistic though. ------------------ 1995 Mustang GT |

Correction: Now the guy says that only the exhaust side has been cleaned up to help with those flow problems..I could port the intake side myself if need be...

Don't fool with that motor. It doesn't even have a roller cam.
