Default Which Driveshaft to use????

I'm doing a 4cyl to V8 swap in my 89 stang. Could I use a driveshaft from a lincoln Mark VII w/aod? I'm currently installing a 302 w/aod and I can find a mustang driveshaft but I've found tons of Mark VII driveshafts. Are they both the same?

i would recommend just spending the money on an aluminium driveshaft from summit, 159 dollars. by pass ll the bull crap and get something that will save you money in the long run, cause you will eventually probably buy it later on.
