If I am not mistaken, I believe the 83 windsor has the same balance as the 302 (50oz). If not, then you will need a 28oz balance 157tooth flywheel. The late model 302 is also 157tooth. You can use a 302 starter. All this will bolt up to your 351w and you can use the t5. And don't be scared of it. IMO, the t5 deserves more credit than it gets. They are weak, but they can take some massive abuse. All you have to do to figure out what balance it has is look at the balancer(if you are sure it is the original one or a stock replacement). Go to the parts store and look at a 302 balancer, if it is the same as yours on the 351, you can use a 302 flywheel.
