Been running an E cam for years, not a lick of a problem, why is it I hear so many horror story's about it?

The E cam seems to create some funky vacuum issues. Some cars just don't seem to like it. Little idle surging is the E cam horror story.

Isnt the E cam the only one with the 110 lsa?

Mine surges. I had to give it a vacuum leak for it to idle steadily. A custom chip should take care of it.
