Default e7's on a sedan motor?

ok back when i was young and stupid i ran the oil out of my engine in my 83 capri, threw a rod through my oil pan and in need of a vehicle with little funding i replaced my 68 302 with a recon 85 sedan motor. engine runs well with only about 5000 miles on it since it was installed 9 YEARS AGO! i got sick of the car nickel and diming me and entered the world of aero nose 5.0's. anyway out of nostalgia i've brought the cat back out of retirement. here's the question, i'm keeping the motor in tha car regardless. i have a set of ported e7's that i wanted to bolt on the car. they aren't decked or anything crazy. can i bolt these on my sedan motor right now with no problems? also how hard is it to install a non roller cam in a car? break in procedures, etc. i'd just like to add some pop to it. thanks
