Eanough Back Pressure????

Well, my car has dumps at the end of the stock h-pipe with 4 cats & stock headers. I was wondering if this is eanough back pressure (i was told that if you dont have eanough back pressure stuff in your engine wears out, dont know if this is true).

it has no mufflers, or anything after the stock h-pipe.

thanks again
Kris

With those 4 cats, and the stock headers, you are fine, methinks. What happens when you don't have enough back pressure is that you loose low-end torque/power, gaining a little high up, but its more useable low down for most people.
