Thumbs down Poor Acceleration

These are my mods

BBK cold air induction
BBK 65mm throttle body
Edlebrock performer 5.0 intake
24# injectors
190 litre per hour fuel pump
fuel pressure regulator and gague
dart Windsor Jr heads
crane cams fulcrum roller tiped rocker arms
Headmman 1-5/8 shorty headders
Flowtech 2-1/2 off-road H-pipe
Magnaflow mufflers
2-1/2 mandrel bent over the axle tubbing
3" turndowns
5-speed manual trans
ford motorsports aluminum driveshaft
3.73 rear gears
B&M ripper shifter
Johnson Motorsports computer chip
C&L 73mm mass air meter
Mcleod Pressure plat
Center Force 2 clutch disk
Bosh platinum spark plugs
8mm wires
Accel Coil


The problem I'm having is when I accelerate does't matter what gear i'm in, kind of hard to explain but it seems to want to quit then a split second later it comes alive again. I hope you can help me solve this problem.
