Edelbrock RPM intake install problems

Ive had a Performer intake for a few years now and am in the process of switching to a RPM. Ive noticed that where the elbow that bolts up to the intake is further forward then the Performer series. This means that my EGR is about an inch off and the throttle body sits almost against the oil filler cap. Has anyone else had these problems and what did you do about it?

When you use the RPM intake with a 94/95, there is an adapter that is needed for the EGR fitting. I saw it on Edelbrock's web site when I was looking at the regular Performer.

The only thing I see on there is this..
Performer 5.0 (EGR) ....#3821

I believe this is just a gasket kit

Here it is:

Designed for 1986-95 Ford Mustangs with 5.0L V8, the Performer RPM 5.0 EFI manifold is for nitrous, supercharged and bracket racing applications. It uses the same base as the Performer 5.0 manifold but the upper plenum has shorter runners with a larger cross section for more power in the 5000+ rpm range. The upper and plenum cover are powder-coated light titanium gray, and can be purchased separately for those who already have our #3821 manifold (order #7125 for upper plenum only). The base is as-cast and not powder-coated. Our 70mm throttle body is recommended for most applications. 1994-95 Mustangs require Throttle Body Adapter #3835 and Adapter Kit #8025. Manifold has provisions for EGR and PCV and is a stock replacement part and 50-state street legal for 1986-95 Ford Mustangs with 5.0L V8. See dyno results.
