![]() I've been wanting to convert my car to carb from efi. There is a guy that I work with who has a Thunderbird with a carbed 302. He says he will sell me the whole car for $300. Do ya'll think it would be better to convert my engine or to buy the thunderbird and just swap out the motors. I know that a carb motor is not as practicle as efi, but I am not using the stang for my daily driver. It will eventually be a track only car, and I know that it is cheaper to upgrade on a carb car than an efi. What do ya'll think? If I swap them, I was thinking about putting the efi 5.0 in my truck and taking out the 4.9. Any opinions would be considered. Thanks in advance.
