Default Holley Systemax II Intake, If you have it..please read!!

I'm looking to buy an intake used from someone over the internet. He doesn't have any pics and I want to make sure that I'm buying the one that I want. What are the part numbers stamped on the upper and lower of the systemax II intake? He told me that it has the # 701R-52B on the lower. Is this right?
Thanks,
Dave

I am not sure of the part numbers, but the II lower has square ports, while the "econo-lower" has round ports to match the factory Ford upper.

Protect yourself and have it sent COD.... This way you can inspect the intake (make sure it is a HOLLEY) before you turn over the $$$.. He can get a pic and #'s off the net and send you stock intake. If he doesn't want to COD it then PASS on it. Just my 2 cents from experience...

I think that's what I'll do. I guess you really can't go wrong with COD. Thanks man, I didn't even think of that. DUH! you know, for a computer tech, I sure do confuse myself over some of the simplest things

FYI-on C.O.D.'S you have to give them the money before they will let you take the package, and they surely won't let you look in the box unless you give them the money. This is just my experience.

I have had about 10 items sent to me COD... Only twice have I had trouble. Both those times I just told the guy I would check real quick and retape the box ASAP and that did it both times.
