I can't believe what I'm hearing, pay someone to work on your car? The only things I pay for are alignment and having tires mounted on rims, because I can't do that stuff at my house. I don't trust anyone else to do anything to my car unless I'm right there. I don't know a single person who would pass up a chance to buy a 93 cobra if it was modified. What, they're gonna say, "oh my god, no smog pump, I don't want that car!!!" No car is to nice to modify. If I saw a Cobra that was modified, and one that wasn't, I'd want the one that was modified. And the only reason I might buy the unmodified one is so that I could modify it myself. I say, if you bought the car, do what you want to do with it. Tear it up and sell it for scrap if you want. As long as it makes you happy, do it.
