Default electric fan

I installed an electric fan in my 88lx from a Mazda Protege,I would like to use a thermoswitch to turn the fan on,I hate using toggle switches, simply for the fact its a pain to constantly monitor engine temp.Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this, better yet what might I find one of these switches on at the scrapyard.

I used a new variable speed controller on mine, so I can not relate to much about this set-up in the link. This should be along the lines of what you are looking for.

I used part of that article to get my set-up, just modified it a little.

I wired mine in to come on with the key so it runs all the time, and I can run it with the engine off between rounds for a few extra minutes along with the electric waterpump too. Cools things off quick. be sure to put an inline fuse on the line though just in case. Good luck
