Default Electrical problems

Hey Guys
I have a friend that bought a 98 Mustang Coupe with 3.8 engine.
The car had been in a minor front end collision.
He’s just about got the car fixed but is having some problems.

He cant get the brake and tail lights to work but the third brake light does work.

He also has no dash or turn signal lights.

He said he has checked all bulbs and fuses and they all checked out fine.

The collision took out the radiator ,hood and both fenders and also set the air bags off.

What should he check next?
Any ideas?
Thanks
