Post electrical question plz read i'm stuck

ok here what i've done,i got a 89 mustang gt it had fuel injection but some really messed up the wiring from the computer so i thought it would be a little cheaper and i already had the parts to switch it over to carb so i've got it all wired to run but now i'm not sure if the alternator from the injected motor with the built in voltage regulator will charge proper or charge at all...any sugestion would be great and i have another question is when i turn the key on my dash light's come on and when i turn the head lights on my dash light's go half out...

Default Re: electrical question plz read i'm stuck

color wiring diagrams can be found here - and there is a circuit from the dash alternator light (with a resistor in parrallel) that "turns on" the alternator voltage regulator.
