Post cam question

I am building a carbed 331 with twisted wedge heads and srp flat tops. Ive heard some great things about the trick flow cams, especially when used with tw heads. The tw heads are said to not need fly-cut pistons with cams up to 290 degrees duration. In the summit catalog, the cam i would get is a 574/595 lift, but there are two listings for duration. Duration at .050" and adertised duration? The advertised is 298/310 and the other says 236/248. Will this cam work with the heads without fly-cutting? Can someone clear this up? Thanks, John
