Default Engine compartment wiring

I pulled out my engine and tranny today and labeled all the wiring. The problem is that the wiring is all cracked, aftet all it's almost twenty years old. I can't put this crap back in with all my hard work on the rebuild and painting the engine compartment. My question is what have all of you done in this case where you want to replace the wiring.

Thanks for your input!
