Default Engine and generic tech info anyone?

I've been looking ALL OVER the internet and I can't seem to find a good page with motor and tech info on our cars...is there a page out there that has a chart maybe, of all the years and motor options/power ratings for them, stuff like that?

That's just out of curiosity..

The REAL questions are:

#1-I know my year GT makes 225 hp and 300 ft/lbs stock, but what are the rpms for both?

#2-My motor is the 5.0 HO of course, but is there a designation for this? Like how Chevy's got the LT1, L69, LS1, blah blah blah...does Ford do the same thing, or is it just called a 5.0 HO?
