Question engine knocking at high rpm

Any clues on this? I'm using presumably 91 octane gas, all stock except K&N filter and plugs (platinum ones, but it happened with the originals too). My car currently has 25k,and is really babied. Wynn's octane booster can work?
Thanks for any reply
P.S. I live overseas, and my MAC catback has not arrived yet...
