Post Explorer intake

I'm installing an explorer upper and a 94 cobra lower and I need some tech advise on this. What do I need to do to make my EGR spacer to fit, there are two threaded ends coming out and two thread inputs for bolts... I need to make sure I have everything since this is my only car I dont want to have it all torn apart and need a part from the stores.

Also, i just got my 3rd gear syncro fixed and now I have this horrible vibration at about 40-45mph and at about 90mph and anything after it gets worse. What did he break... this happended right after I picked it up.. When I'm cruising over 100mph and I push in the clutch the vibration goes away, but only if I'm going over 100...

THanks,
Leo
