Is Explorer intake as good as a Cobra?

Are the lowers identical?
Whats the diffrence in the uppers?
How about that new typhoon intake? anyone got one?
I hear they're as good as a cobra??

The explorer is almost as good, flows tiny bit less than cobra/gt-40, but ported it can outflow a lot of them, i heard the typhoon is good, and alot of power gains from it, but im hesitant on it since it isnt edelbrock quality:D

Here are the results of an actual flow test. The Explorer is every bit as good as the Cobra - they use the same lower...............

Everybit as good, especially when ported.

can't beat the price either, I picked mine up for $150 a few years ago.

Only bad part is the intake is even uglier than the stocker!

I used to see an add in 5.0 or mm&ff about a salvage
co. in G.A. (i think) who sold them with fuel rails, injectors
and all for like $350. Anyone know about this?I can't remember
or find the ad agian.
Where's the cheapest place to get one?Junkyards where I live
don't have them.
