Post Fan Clutch?

I need a new fan clutch for my 92. Does this nees to be a Ford item, or are the local parts store fan clutches OK?

Go ro the boneyard and get an electric fan. Ihave duals out of a camry or kia some jap ride. but they work like gangbusters. midsummer rush hour traffic here in FL. w/ac on 197 therm. she wont reach the third bar on gauge. just recently change over to a 180 so she cool as a penguin. John
