Default a few questions !

ok i wanna set the tps on my car but dont remember what to set my volt meter at?
and i wanna clean up all of those ugly wires on my starter relay does anyone know what they all are for and if i can remove some or not ?

anything will help thanks

thanks Ghettopop that helped me out but you dont know what to set the volt metter at do ya or anyone know what to set it at??

just set the meter to output volts to 2 decimal places aka 0.00
