How hard is it to find a 88-93 notchback 5.0 mustang for a project car for under 1000 dollars???is this realistic?

I know of a 4cyl Notchback for $300 bucks that would make a great project car.

Location...and is the body fairly rust free?Does it run(not like that would matter, but id rather drive it home if it was far)
