Question fly cutting pistons?

I have an 89 stock short block with Windsor Jr. heads,1.7 adjustable roller rockers.I would like to run the F-303 cam instead of the E-303 cam but dont want to fly cut the pistons. Is it possible to run the cam without messing with the stock block? THANX GUYS
