Fidanza aluminum flywheels are on sale right now through Rohe Racing for $290, I think. That's what I paid. John Rohe is a very nice guy. He will help you decide what is best for your setup. Also a very knowledgable man when it comes to Mustangs.

I believe that the stock flywheel weighs around 25 pounds. When holding the two flywheels in each hand the weight difference is tremendous! The Fidanza weighs 11 pounds.

I am hoping for 1-2 mph gain out of the flywheel. The less rotating mass, the better on the engine bearings and the quicker the car will accelerate. I have heard of mildly modified Mustangs like mine gaining nearly 30 RWHP. Not sure if this is totally true, but worth a shot!
