Unhappy Flywheel question...

I just finishd converting my Capri from an AOD to a T-5, but when I started it up afterwards there was a vibration from about 1000rpm and up, it runs fine when idling. I was thinkin, did I choose the wrong flywheel, I got the Ford Racing Nr. M6375B302, with a 50 oz. counterballance. Shuld I have taken the 28 oz. one? And what about the harmonic balancer, do I have to change it?
The car is driveble but only at lower rpm's.
Pleas help.

P.S. The engine is from a '91 T-Bird.
