The F cam is best suited to a supercharged application.
Go with a B cam and the 1.7's. It'll put you at about .514 lift, 224* duration. It should really pull up top. I don't remember the F cam being anywhere near the 114LSA. How'd they pull that off with more lift and duration than the B cam which is what, like 110? I have some info on it around here somewhere.
Your heads will not use anything more aggressive than that. They flow about 185cfm intake.
