C-4 Rebuild or AOD rebuild for V8 302
Basically I have 2 transmissions C-4 cruise o matic(original), and a 302FI and AOD from a 88 tbird. I'm rebuilding the 302FI and hoping to get about 350-425 hp all motor and a 2 stage 300 shot total and when done hope to have 650hp+. I cant fiqure out which to use. I got a ford 9" with 4.56 w/detriot lockers. Which would hold horsepower and torque best without blowning. I may hook up my 12 psi charger up to.

Personnaly, I would use the AOD and have it perfessionally rebuilt with a kevlar reverse band and upgraded clutches.
