Question 95GT Rear Disc Help

Can anyone help? On a 95gt rear disc, I know when you replace the pads you need to screw the capiper piston in and be sure the new pad had the little pin in the detent in the piston, but is any other adjustment needed to the piston once it is reinstalled or does it adjust automatically? If it needs to be adjusted, how is it done?

Thanks in advance for the help!
