Fried my clutch...you recommendations please

The addition of 3:55's and MT ET streets have dropped my et significantly, but i fried my clutch at elk creek tonight. I am leaning toward a centerforce. Your input from your experiences would be appreciated.

I got the ford motorsport clutch from summit. The pedal is kinda hard, but I love it!!! The only difference between it and the King cobra is that the cobra has a lighter pedal. Don't get me wrong, the pedal ain't that hard.

Thanks but the FMS Heavy duty is what just fried. I installed it probably a year ago and the pedal is stiff, but i like it. I am launching about 4000 and running et streets 26*11.5 on 16 inch ponies. i may just be getting too much traction.

I would go with the centerforce, since you just fried my suggestion.

Centerforce Dual Friction, break it in right, and it'll last a long time.

What is the breakin procedure for the centerforce?

500 easy miles, do not apply full power until the 500 mile period is up.

I would go with the centerforce since you fried the motorsport clutch but to be honest I dont any street clutch lasting a long time on a 4000 launch and street slicks

I am running the Centerforce Dual Friction and I like it. My only thing is that the clutch grabs at a little different point depending on RPM on the street. I just have some bolt ons.
