Are the front or back springs shorter?
I am buying some takeoff springs from a '01 GT, but we are both wondering which is which. I think the rear springs are shorter than the front ones and have a smaller pigtail on one end. Am I right? These will fit on the rear of my 89 LX 5.0 right? My springs are worn out!

The shorter springs go on the rear. I'm not sure if the 99+ springs will fit on the fox bodies.

Yes, they are the same. I just finished swapping them out yesterday and they fit perfectly.
